I've been GF for 4 or 5 years now, and for the first time in a long time I'm
definitely having a reaction to something. It's been going on for 2 weeks or
so. I don't even know where to begin - but can cheese (Monterey jack, cheddar
or mozzarella) have gluten? OR can oil sprays contain gluten? I used to use
Pam, but have been using a different, less expensive brand. I'm writing from
work, so I can't get up and look at the bottle. I forgot how much "fun" it
is to be sick from gluten, especially when you're away from home. I cook
almost everything I eat, so I'm doing this to myself - this isn't from eating out.
I am starting a food diary today and if I can't find what could be bothering
me, I'll pick your brains.
Thanks for your help and the quick vent.
Amy
