Hi!

My 13-yo daughter will be traveling to Denver area next week to visit her
aunt. Aside from PF Changs and Outback, can anyone recommend local  restaurants
that are GF-friendly? My sister lives in Westminster, but they plan  to be on
the road, including up in the mountains, much of the time that they are  there
and of course will venture into the city as well.

My daughter is very savvy about eating out and generally responsible. She's
comfortable asking the important questions and asking to speak to the manager.
 Good, age-appropriate eats is what we're seeking.
