I am looking at getting tested for lactose intolerance which I suspect
maybe a problem also for me - I have some specific questions
Has anyone been tested for casein intolerance? (I believe includes eggs
as well as other dairy)
and how it this test performed (can a gastro doctor do it) Does lactose
seem to be the main concern for untreated celiacs/those sensitive to
gluten?
