Hi Jim.
Infrequent, yes, but "brief"?
I'm betting a long hunt would definitely make inroads into recovery
ability. I really feel the best approach might be a combination of volume
performed less frequently in a HIT style (like but also unlike a Jonesian
workout). Perhaps taking a "standard" multi-set workout and perform it in
half the frequency suggested - i.e a suggested 6 day per week volume
workout actually performed over a 2 week period.
Thoughts on this? Anyone?
