Hi All--
Does anyone know where I can find the nutritional values of most or all of our GF flours (based on a specific measurement, of course)? This would especially include the fat content. The flours I'm thinking of just off the top of my head are brown rice, sweet rice, sorghum, pinto bean, pea, chickpea, almond, tapioca starch, potato starch, quinoa, millet and any others people might know of that I haven't listed here.
Thanks. I'll summarize.
Cheers,
Ayn in Alabama
