We contacted KMS Research about a shampoo that my husband has used.  It is
called Moisture Replace.  They have responded that Moisture Replace is free of
gluten and wheat.  However, it is now called Daily Fixx Moisture Shampoo for
those of you who might want to add it to your list of gluten-free shampoos.
