REGISTRATION FOR CELIAC DISEASE CENTER AT COLUMBIA  EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE OCTOBER 22, AND 23, 2004 AT THE HEALTH SCIENCES CAMPUS OF COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY

 

1.  Professional Conference for CME credit on October 22nd 2004

The first day is for dietitians, physicians and other professionals who want to obtain continuing medical education credits.  Gluten-free Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served. 

The second day is for patients, families and friends. Up to six hundred people have been present at previous Patient Education Days.  Exhibitors of gluten-free products will
be present for tasting and purchasing.  Gluten-free Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served.
