Sorry this took so long, but a few more answers keep trickling in.
I was looking for a GF licorice, preferably something just like Twizzlers, and here is what you all had to say:
Candytree carries both red and black, clearly labeled WF/GF. Contact: 845-278-8164

http://www.azurestandard.com sells Allen's Gourmet Licorice made with rice
flour.

Go to a store that sells Black Crows, they are the makers of Tootsie Rolls, which are GF. They can be found in the candy aisle of Walgreen's.

Allen's Candies out of New Zealand - 541 467-2230
Whole Foods
supplement DGL made of licorice
Altoids makes a candy that is licorice, but I've heard that their stuff is dusted with flour. I would avoid that 'til you do more research.
'Cost Plus World Market' has a "Cachou Lajaunie" french licorice mint.
Wild Oats and Whole Foods carry a heart shaped, raspberry
flavored licorice from Sunnyridge Farms (I think that's the name of the manufacturer) in their bulk section.
I did have one person say that Running Rabbit tasted horrible. Everyone else seems to think it's good. I am definitely looking for something just like Twizzler's. Running Rabbit does seem to be the runaway winner here.
Unfortunately, here in the hick-sticks of central Wyoming, a Whole Foods and/or Wild Oats store is at least 300 miles away - the closest being in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Apparently, Wyoming has something against those 2 stores. Or, maybe the stores have something against Wyoming. Either way, we don't have either of those stores in this state. If any of you work for them, please, PLEASE, tell them that we'd LOVE to have a store here in Casper.
I had quite a few of you wanting to know where GF licorice was available, as well. The Gluten Free Pantry and Miss Roben's apparently sell it, as well as the Gluten Free Trading Company.
Thanks to all of you!
