I would like to make a sausage stuffing for Thanksgiving and know the
cornbread recipes on-line, but how about brands of sausages? I want to make
it with pignoli nuts and try to duplicate my mother in laws' stuffing.
Also, is there a substitute for xanthan gum or really, what is it for? I
know it is expensive I have heard, but that is it.
