Hi Everyone,
I would like to pursue making bagels from a package recipe that calls for adding cider vinegar. My ? is, has anyone replaced white vinegar for the cider vinegar? I am not able to have the cider vinegar (NOT DUE TO CELIAC) and I wanted to try using the white in its place. If you have, how did it work out?
