In regards to CHEESE, WHAT?  the cheese summary I posted a couple ones back
was a summary of reports to me on acceptable gf casein-free foods. Sorry
about the confusion.

Additionally, since then someone else emailed me to recommend the goodness
of goat cheese as an alternative, but I had to respond that I'm not
entirely trusting of goat cheese because I have read that the protein in it
is similar to cow's milk casein and that food sensitivities can generalize
over time to from like to like.

Presented for your consideration--everyone makes her own decision.
