Below is the information I received:

There's a Wegman's on Genesee St. (rt 5) in Dewitt - suburb on the east side
of Syracuse. 800-Wegmanns to get GF list.

Syracuse has an Outback Steakhouse.

A natural foods store called Nature tyme on East Bridge Street in Syracuse
with GF items.
In the store is color-coded with a sticker stating if it is GF, organic, or
whatever. The blue stickers catch your eye.

Eaton is about 38 miles to Syracuse.

In the New Hartford Shopping Center, which is a suburb of Utica, there's a
natural food store with GF items and a GF section called Peter's
Cornucopia.

Eaton is about 30 miles from Utica.

Hamilton, NY has a natural foods store on Main Street and have GF items and
make lunches. They are familiar with gluten free.

Eaton is probably about 5 miles from Hamilton.

Haley's market (store with GF selection). this person didn't say where.

Ainsworth Delight Restaurant that has gf bread. this person didn't say
where.

Point Silian Restaurant with GF menu. this person didn't say where.

Adam's Diner (on 5th Avenue North) has excellent GF pasta. this person
didn't say where.

I e-mailed the last four advices, but I didn't get any answer since 8/16 so
I thought I better summarize without this person, since they haven't
answered as yet.

Thank you all listmates for all your information
