Hi all,
My sister is making apple crisp this year for dessert on Thanksgiving Day
and would like to make it gf so I can have some. Does anyone have any
advice/experience with making a crumble-type topping with gf flours? What
is best: bean, tapico, cornstrach, rice flour, or a specific mix?
I am hosting 19 people at my house for Thanksgiving this year! Everyone
is being to accomadating to my new gf way of life. The only non-gf items
that day will be store-bought dinner rolls, dressing in the crockpot, and
my Aunt's pumpkin pie.
Thanks,
Pam
