I used the Perfect Pie Crust Mix from the Gluten-Free Pantry to make an apple
pie and the crust came out terrible.  Just one big mess, sticking to the
plastic wrap.  Could not get in the pie plate.  Anyway, I threw it away and we
just had the apples.  I wondered if anyone else had this problem.
