Hi All,

Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to go to a restaurant that was Totally Gluten Free? Since quite a sizeable percentage of the population suffers from this condition, it seems a good idea for someone to open such a place, particularly in a large metropolitan area. It could also cater to those with other allergies such as casein and peanut. Oh to be able to eat out and not worry! I'd be there in a New York minute.

Karen V.
