I need to make a birthday cake for my daughter's 4th.
I have 2 bags of GF Pantry Muffin and Scone mix.  I
have or can obtain any other ingredients I need.  Does
anyone have any suggestions for a nice basic idiot
proof yellow cake recipe?  Also, how about a cream
cheese icing?
