Is there an easy (or frequent) way that you can gauge how well you are doing on your gluten free diet?

I don't have any physical symptoms that I can correlate to having ingested gluten. I've just recently (within the last month) been diagnosed and I am curious to know how successful I have been. I've not eaten anything that I know contains gluten, and most things I've purchased exist on one of the various compiled gluten free food list. Some items (mostly organic) I will eat if the ingredient list leads me to believe that the item is GF.

I have not checked our shampoo and conditioner yet.

Anyways... I didn't know if there was any device like a diabetic has to check his insulin level. Or some other way that I could track my progress on a daily or weekly basis?

I'm summarize the responses.

Thanks,
Adam
