Just bought a Breaman Ultimate TR2200C, called there office to find out the
best settings for
gluten free bread. The first person I spoke to said she how no idea about
settings. I sent an e-mail and got a reply to use the rapid rise setting.
While waiting for the a reply on my e-mail
I called the office again and asked the same question and was told to use
the machine as is and use the whole wheat setting. Does any out there have
the same machine, and if so what settings do you use.
