Holland America--Chef at buffet told me which foods were gluten free. I
brought cereal on board in zip lock bags for breakfast. Able to order the
night before my GF meal for next night. If I wanted muffin for breakfast
it had to be ordered.

Holland America--Notify of dietary needs before you set said. They want
90 days notice. Had GF breads. Ordered dinner night before so it could
be prepared GF. Guaranteed my food would be prepared GF in main dining
room. Found cooks at buffet very helpful.

Those are the responses I received. My husband and I just returned Sat.
so I will give you my experience from last week.
