My 9 yo seems to be developing new food intolerances. I am running out of
ideas especially for breakfast, as he can't tolerate rice, soy or almond
milk and most grains including rice and maybe now corn, and he is allergic
to eggs. He gets especially stuffed up after breakfast which is usually gf
pancakes made from potatoe, corn, sorghum and tapioca flours. At night he
has been eating a lot of Tings, a product made from corn and yeast. He eats
a lot of sandwiches on Corn Thins so I'm thinking corn may be the culprit or
one of them.
In any case, I would sure appreciate any meal and/or recipe suggestions,
especially for breakfast.
Thank you.
Sue
