I thought I would share with you that our local
support group is starting a program that will provide
food for any members that have to stay in a hospital.
With other celiacs cooking at least one meal a day for
you during your stay, hopefully you won't starve from
the misunderstandings of the hospital staff. This is
something that I would suggest all support groups
around the country (and the world) to think about.
