When I read your e-mail I immediately called Pacific Foods because I have
been using the free range chicken broth (but not the organic).  The lady I
talked with verified that it is gluten free.  She said all of Pacific Foods
chicken broth is gluten free.  I asked specifically about the barley malt
and she said it did not have barley malt.  She said that may have been old
information.
