FYI.  Not all stool tests are rejected by all insurance companies.
My Enterolab stool test was ordered about three years ago by my
gastroenterologist.  I paid for the test and them submitted a copy of
the receipt for the test with my doctor's prescription.  My insurance
approved the claim, as an out-of-network provided service.
