For those celiacs who cross over the Annapolis Bay Bridge or live on the Eastern shore, not only is the Chestertown healthfood store really celiac-friendly, but there is a fairly large natural supermarket in Easton, the Railway, or something like that, that is about as close to a Whole Foods as you'd get. Quite an extensive array of gluten-free foods.
