THANKS TO EVERYONE! Wow, what a response!  Here are the *winners* to the
survey, followed by the exact count below. I've also learned that it
seems those who are more newly diagnosed are the strictest, and those
old pro's a bit more relaxed.....the best news is that the vast majority
must be doing things right because their tests remain normal!
