I was looking for information on flavoring ingredients and found a reference
in the Spring 2002 issue of Gluten Free Living, sidebar on p. 12 that states
"... gluten-containing grains are rarely used in a flavoring except in meat
products....
1) Does anyone have any solid information on which gluten-containing
flavoring ingredients are used in meat products? Examples of products in
which they are used?
2) Any examples of gluten-containing flavorings used in non-meat products.
Please include the source(s) of your information and I will summarize to the
list.
