After I posted my summary, two more e-mails came about restaurants in
Phoenix which are GF friendly:

Havana Cafe on Bell and 64th Street has a GF menu.

From another list member: "We were in Phoenix last spring and had a great
experience at Tuchettis in Phoenix. They actually let us bring our own gluten
free pasta, and let us know which sauces were gf. They went over (I called and
set this up in advance) all ingredients in sauces and salad dressings. It
was so great we went there twice. Also there is a PF Changs in Scottsdale."

Thank you to both who sent in these additions.

Roselyn
