Usually I don't do this on an emergent basis, but my husband bought chicken at our local small grocery store, which is not wear I normally buy the chicken, for supper tonight.
It is Butterball chicken skinless boneless breast fillets.
It says "fresh" but then says that it has 15% seasoned chicken broth added to it.
I tried calling Butterball and then lady said that she couldn't tell me but would like the info up and mail it to me.
Does anyone know if this is GF. I have had instances in the past with the Country Pride "fresh" chicken where I have gotten a reaction so don't really want to eat this "fresh" chicken if it isn't GF.
Thanks for the help--chances are I will probably be eating something else for supper tonight and sticking with my for real "fresh" chicken that I know that they don't add anything to the "freshness" of it! :-)
