Hi Listmates,

I need some help with vegetarian items that are GF as well.  My niece is starting the GF diet and she is also vegetarian.  She doesn't eat any meat, fish or cheeses except soy cheese so that would be helpful as well.  She also likes veggie burgers.   I am especially interested in items from the regular grocery store.
