Has anyone ever experienced an anaphalactic type allergic reaction from
accidental injestion of gluten? This is where you feel your throat closing, heart
racing, some vomiting and intense itching. The doctors feel it has nothing to
do with a gluten reaction, but strictly a severe allergic reaction. This has
happened 3 times to someone who follows a strict gluten free diet. Just
wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks, Barb
