It appears from everyone that responded about the Kraft cheeses and the
Betty Crocker Fruit by the Foot and Fruit Snacks that Kraft and Betty
Crocker (General Mills) will identify on their label all sources of all
allergens.  They will also identify if an ingredient is derived from an
allergen source so
if you see modified food starch on the label it would have wheat in
parenthesis if it is derived from wheat.  So it looks like both the
Kraft cheeses and the Betty Crocker Fruit snacks are gf based on their
labels.
