Hi all,

I am symptom free today. No tums (generic antacid) or chinese food last night.

the general consensus was that soy sauce has wheat in it. which I knew but forgot about when taking out the chinese food. I knew to bring it along when eating sushi but forgot it was an added ingredient in chinese food!

I did note that PF Chang which is nearby has a gluten free menu. I will give it a try this weekend.

tums on the other hand had a mixed reaction. some wrote back that it is NOT gluten free which I had read somewhere. one person wrote that it is contaminated according to a phone call she made to the manufacturer.
I tried to contact the cvs customer relations but could find no number. my antacid was a generic cvs one.

I am switching to another calcium replacement that is gluten free.

regards,
fran
