I wanted to put a wonderful word out for Roben Ryberg's cookbook, The Gluten
Free Kitchen. I purchased it for $15 from Books-A-Million a few weeks ago.
Everything has been delicious but I must tell you about her fried
chicken.....it was a welcomed sight and taste! I followed her breading
instructions to a tee but I soaked my chicken strips in buttermilk and hot
sauce before frying. The chicken coating was crispy and actually stayed on
the chicken! It was a perfect golden brown. We haven't had fried chicken
since August, when my daughter was diagnosed. We were a very happy family
at supper last night!!!!!! Thank you Roben!
