I have read "Natural Hormone Enhancement" by Rob Faigan, and plan to try
the NEH diet and exercise, but still staying PALEO.
The NHE-diet is mostly lowcarb , but with a "carbload" meal every third or
fourth day. Starchy carbs are preferred rather than sugary carbs.
The lowcarb part is easy to make paleo , but I have trouble finding
starchy "paleocarbs" for the carbload. Rice, pasta and other grains are
not paleo, potatoes is an perhaps an option - are potatoes paleo?
Which starchy carb foods did hunter-gatheres eat ?
