Once again, I must correct something. I received a email from the list, that although we should avoid vinegar made from malt, that distilled vinegar, no matter what the source, is okay for CD, because the grain is filtered out of it. I know some of you disagree with that, but we have beaten this subject to death. Check the archives, a study done by Don Kasarda. I am not saying this is right or wrong. I am just stating what one person emailed me. I think she is right. She probably is right. If I have made a faux pas here, please address your email to the whole group, instead of to me, because, I only reported what others have said, not facts. I don't know enough to educate anyone. Some of you may disagree with the findings, and that's alright. You have a right to your opinion. We all know our own bodies. If GF free vinegar still bothers us, we just won't partake of it.
