Someone gave me some Hershey's Reese's Peanut Butter Bites so I called the
1-800 #.  I was told that they take allergies very seriously and will always
mark known allergens.  So when I asked about the ingredient "modified food
starch" I was told that it contains wheat, even though it doesn't say so on
the package.  When I questioned the policy previously stated to me the
response was the FDA says we can do this.
