Thank you to the many, many responses to my question about nuts.

Most responded that nuts are ok except as usual you need to watch where they
are processed, if they also process flavored nuts they may get cross
contaminated. They also might get into contact with wheat during the
packaging.

Need to be careful about seasoned, flavored and dry roasted nuts as they may
be coated in wheat. Watch out for nuts with Trail Mix thr fruit may be dusted
with wheat.
