Merry Christmas to me! Santa brought me a big, upright freezer for Christmas. I can't wait to fill it. I am worried, though, because I have frozen a few of my GF baked goods, and they have suffered. The hamburger rolls I made tasted great when I put them in the frezzer, but had an odd taste when reheated. A few other things did the same. My favorite cookies crumbled. Some things have gotten hard. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Happy Holidays and a big THANK YOU to all.
