Part 3 {a} whoops - forgot the EXERCISE. That was convenient.

Small amounts of 'light' excercise EVERY day.
Don't let yourself become lazy.
Just do it, no matter what. You'll feel better.

Daily: I Walk 15 - 20 mins.

Meditation
6.45 to 7.15 a.m. Plan my day
Avoid over filling your schedule. Be active BUT be realistic.

1.00pm Walk + 15 min. actual meditation

10.30 to 11.00 Reflect on my day
Be thankful for what i have & what i have achieved that day.

Avoid very late nights - getting up very late in the day.
YES, I know you are exhausted. You will feel better
with 'regular' hours - sleeping between 10pm to 8am.

Make it happen. :} Keep smiling, Michael
