Greetings & good health to all list members.

Being my first post i know the list master will review this posting for appropriateness.
I will elaborate further if that be desirable & / or appropriate.

Professionally i have helped many people affected by allergies, esp incl gluten and lactose intolerance,
and the myriad of health issues that ensue esp fatigue, irritability, depression.....................etc..............................etc.

Beyond that, my own personal experience has given me greater insight & awareness.

I have, personally, had to contend with gluten & lactose intolerance, chronic fatigue and depression. Evident from age
{about} 18 and massively aggravated following exposure to toxic levels of a "neuro - toxic" chemical @ age 33.

Over many years {personally & professionally} I figured that "avoidance" was a life - long battle royal.
That, daily, battle growing in degree of difficulty - relentlessly.

I wondered: Might it be possible to become less intolerant - more tolerant ??

A: YES & i have. I have helped others to do likewise.

My 12 steps:

1. Herbal remedies
2. Nutritional supplements
3. Careful diet incl. lots of fruit & vegies
4. Chiropractic
5. Exercise
6. Meditation
7. Keeping things in context.
8. Regulating my expectations.
9. Censoring my 'self talk'
10. Conserve my 'worry' energy.
11. Be thankful for what I have - rather than complain about what I have not
12. Time - out + cuppa when stressed  {My mum's remedy for everything!!}

I am willing to elaborate about my experiences & outcomes if that would be helpful.

Michael
