Hi, everyone! Hope you're doing well.
I have recently started a low-carb diet in order to stabilize my wild blood
sugar swings. I am desperate for low-carb shakes or other things I can have
for breakfast . . . I'm used to eating GF cookies, cupcakes, or pancakes. I
called Atkins about their shake mix and it's not listed as GF, according to
them (though it's wheat-free). Anyone have any low-carb alternatives for
me?
