My daughter's preschool class just took a field trip to Taco Tico yesterday. I went along and I asked the manager if their meat mixture was gluten free ( and Iexplained no wheat, malt, oat, barley or rye) and he told me the only culprit is oats. The taco meat recipe includes oats. I was a little bummed since I use to like Taco Tico. I know some people say oats are ok, but I don't know that I want to take a chance.
