Hello,
I've got a question... I've been wanting to make steak au poiure for a
dinner party...4 out of 8 guests have celiac disease and the recipe's I've
seen either call for cognac and/or brandy...please tell me are any of these
gluten free? If they aren't what can I substitute for them?
