Hi,

A friend gave me an Organic Food Bar (by Bio International) to try. It's
labeled as gluten-free. However, it contains barley sprouts which some
people believe are not gluten-free. I called the manufacturer, and they said
they have tested the bars in the past for gluten and did not detect any. The
customer services representative also said that the bars are enjoyed by
people with celiac disease.

Has anyone tried these bars (either the vegan or non-vegan varieties)? If
so, did you have any problems with them?

Thanks a million. I will send a summary.

Have a great day,

Amy
