Hello All,
I have been looking for a non-sweet protein powder that works for me and
was hopeful that the new, casein-free "designer whey" would do the trick.
It did not seem to have any gluten contents, but I have been ill for the
past three days after using the recommended "dose" of about 8 grams.
Has anyone else had trouble using the new whey protein powders? Has anyone
found one that is satisfactory? I realize my reaction could be due to
other food allergy issues and a general intolerance any processed food.
Please reply and share. I will summarize.
