Hi,
I've been gf for a year now. I had stopped working out initially because of headaches and feeling completely exhausted. I've always easily overheated and needed lots of water. Now, I'm continuing to find that my body just doesn't handle working out (not terribly intensively)well anymore. I drink more water than anyone I know. I eat well and am totally gf. Still, I don't have the kind of energy I feel I should (my husband thinks I need additional testing because there has to be something else wrong). I get lots of headaches, and crave salt after working out. Can my system not be absorbing salt and water properly? Any ideas welcome. Thanks, Peggy in nh
