A while back there was some mail about the Heinz Cream
of Mushroom soup that was manufactured in England.
It was supposed to be GF.

I found a place in Florida that handled this
and ordered a case. I did not read the label and
used it in two recipes.

Today my husband picked up a can and read the label. It
clearly states 'wheat flour' as an ingredient. Looking back
I recall blaming other things for my reactions
after using it.

Lesson one is to always check even if you have been
told something is GF. I am sharing this just in case
others may have considered buying this product.
