Our guest speaker will be Ann Whelan, Editor/Publisher of Gluten-Free Living.
Ann will speak about several aspects of the gluten-free diet, emphasizing
safe foods ("what can I eat?"), ingredients about which there is conflicting
information and maintaining a healthy perspective on the diet and the
disease.
