Hi,
My husband has been gluten free for about a year but was still having problems so he took an Igg Rast test. Well, now he has to eliminate corn, white rice and egg whites. (The results said "white rice" and he is going to follow up to see if that means brown rice too) I've spent the morning searching for recipes that use only tapioca starch, potato starch and bean flours, but really haven't found much. Does anyone have any recipes to share or advice as where I can look- cookbooks, internet sites, prepared food items, etc...? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I get more than a couple of replies I will summarize.
Thank you in advance,
