Our support group has just received a huge order of millet bread from DeLand's Bakery. It is wonderful, but we are wondering if anyone else out there is having reactions to millet? The first time I tried it, I ended up not feeling too well the next morning, but on eating it a second time a week later, I was fine. So I wrote it off as not connected.

Today another person in our group ate 3 slices and is now in the ER with a bad reaction. I am concerned that the millet may be a problem. Anyone out there have any ideas?? I know this bakery makes other things that do contain gluten, but I thought their products were safe.

Thanks for your help.

Bev
